The Kisei Tech PRO Oil, adjusted as an oil-based termite repellent, is based on Aomori Hiba essential oil, which has the highest termite-repelling efficacy among domestic tree species, and is blended with domestic tree essential oils in a well-balanced manner. The effective ingredient, the content of hinokitiol, has been increased to 0.5% (over 200% compared to our conventional products), and combined with good wood penetration, it fully demonstrates the termite-repelling power of Hiba oil throughout. It does not contain any substances subject to VOC regulations established by the Building Standards Act of 2003 or any chemicals for which the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has set indoor concentration guideline values. Additionally, compared to the old product (Kisei Tech PRO Zol N), the ratio of Hiba oil has been increased, resulting in a higher overall content of plant ingredients.

This is a water-based liquid agent developed by emulsifying the active ingredient Kiseitec PRO oil with plant-based oil surfactants, allowing it to be diluted with water. Being water-based, it has good compatibility with wooden parts, earthen floors, and paper, making it easy to apply. It is highly effective in preventing mold and bacteria, and can be used for a wide range of applications, including not only termite prevention but also repairs in bathrooms and areas around water. It does not contain substances subject to VOC regulations under the Building Standards Act of 2003, nor does it include chemical substances for which the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has set indoor concentration guideline values.

Among domestic woods used as building materials, Hiba and Hinoki wood are said to be extremely durable and resistant to decay. This product uses a generous amount of aroma oil extracted from these highly decay-resistant trees, and it contains the effective ingredient Hinokitiol, which is considered to have the highest pest-repellent and termite-resistant properties among phytoncides, in an optimal balance as its main component, "Kisei PRO Oil (patent pending)." It does not contain any organic chemical components of VOCs (such as formaldehyde and phenobarbital), which are considered harmful to human health and have been regulated more strictly since the revision of the Building Standards Act in fiscal year 2003. The patented microcapsule formulation adopted allows the active ingredients to adhere to wood for an extended period, enhancing the lasting effect. The active ingredient Kisei PRO Oil, encapsulated in very small resin capsules, gradually volatilizes over several years, making it effective for a long time with just one application, while also protecting the building without much effort. Therefore, it is particularly effective during new construction and renovations.
