This is a water-based liquid agent developed by emulsifying the active ingredient Kiseitec PRO oil with plant-based oil surfactants, allowing it to be diluted with water. Being water-based, it has good compatibility with wooden parts, earthen floors, and paper, making it easy to apply. It is highly effective in preventing mold and bacteria, and can be used for a wide range of applications, including not only termite prevention but also repairs in bathrooms and areas around water. It does not contain substances subject to VOC regulations under the Building Standards Act of 2003, nor does it include chemical substances for which the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare has set indoor concentration guideline values.
