Currently, the environment surrounding the manufacturing industry cannot be described as favorable. Although there are various factors contributing to Japan's manufacturing sector falling behind in technological development, the primary issue is the shortage of human resources. When speaking with business leaders who consult with our company, it is generally reported that about 30% to 50% of them feel their development capabilities are lacking.
