[Case Study] Fluoride Treatment with Water Treatment Adsorbent 'READ-F(HG)'
Even with many impurities, fluoride removal is possible! We will introduce a case where continuous processing was achieved even during regeneration.
We would like to introduce a case where the water treatment adsorbent 'READ-F(HG)' was used for fluoride treatment at a semiconductor factory. In this factory, it was necessary to treat fluoride derived from hydrofluoric acid in the wastewater. After coagulation and precipitation treatment using calcium, advanced treatment was carried out using the adsorbent. Since wastewater is continuously generated, treatment was conducted using multiple towers, allowing for ongoing treatment even during regeneration. Additionally, as it can also be utilized as a safety device, it has become possible to reduce operational costs through extended regeneration cycles. 【Case Overview】 ■Challenges - There was a need to treat fluoride derived from hydrofluoric acid in the wastewater. ■Results - Continuous treatment was achieved even during regeneration. - It became possible to reduce operational costs through extended regeneration cycles. *For more details, please refer to the related links or download the materials for confirmation.
