Powder coatings adhere due to the force of static electricity, which can lead to a phenomenon known as the "framing effect," where excessive coating occurs at the edges of the workpiece, resulting in poor leveling near the edges. We will introduce troubleshooting for this issue. If the cause is that the distance between the workpiece and the gun is too close, it can be addressed by adjusting the distance between the workpiece and the gun tip. Additionally, there are measures for cases where the particle size of the powder coating is too large.
