The anti-static cleanroom rack cover that can prevent static electricity is a fabric product that fits over shelves with zippers that do not produce lint.
We use fabric for clean rooms that incorporates conductive carbon threads. Regular fabric products are made from cotton or general-purpose polyester, which can generate foreign matter like lint during use. Therefore, they cannot be used in clean rooms where the amount of dust is restricted. When using covers in clean rooms, it is necessary to use specialized clean room products that do not generate dust. Additionally, in operations involving electronic components and equipment that are sensitive to static electricity, ESD measures such as static electricity prevention are required. On the other hand, this product uses clean room fabric HM-CLC, which is made of continuous polyester fibers without seams, ensuring that even if the cover deteriorates and frays during use, no lint will be produced. Furthermore, as a static electricity countermeasure, black conductive fibers are sewn in at regular intervals, preventing static electricity generated by friction when opening and closing the cover from accumulating in the fabric, thus also preventing dust attraction. Moreover, the black conductive fibers arranged in stripes clearly distinguish it from regular fabric covers, allowing for more advanced quality control. It can be used with confidence in clean rooms that dislike lint and dust, as well as in environments that are sensitive to static electricity. (This is not an explosion-proof product.)
