[Clatis Eco Case Study] Menalco Tower
A large-scale project to construct an office building in the Philippines! Introduction of examples of large cross-section adoption.
In the near-future city of Bonifacio Global City in the Philippines, we have adopted 'Clatis Eco' for a large-scale project to construct a new office building. Utilizing the characteristics of aluminum shapes, we have addressed the challenge of creating large cross-sections by connecting two types of aluminum shapes. By performing sanding after the connection, we have made the joints, which could be problematic when connected, invisible. Additionally, we have successfully significantly reduced mold costs. Furthermore, by assembling surrounding components domestically with consideration for constructability, we facilitated smooth on-site construction and contributed to shortening the construction period. 【Features】 ■ Large louvers with a strong presence even on higher floors, realized with a recycled wood texture ■ Strength and durability sufficient to withstand high-rise conditions ■ Assembly of surrounding components considering constructability and aesthetic design *For more details, please refer to the external link or feel free to contact us.
