[Case Study of Ekiatsumieruka Field Application] Bearing Replacement Work

Using pressure gauge mounting brackets, installed in the circuit! Introducing examples of support replacement work for various jacks.

We would like to introduce field application examples of our liquid pressure monitoring system, "Ekiatsumieruka." In the case of replacing the supports of FKK's flat jacks, we installed our product in place of the previously used analog pressure sensor to measure the pressure. The load equivalent to two jacks was displayed on a PC. Additionally, there are examples of support replacement work for hydraulic jacks manufactured by Osaka Jack and Oxx Jack. [Use Case] Identifying the Cause of Equipment Shutdown Due to Air Pressure Anomaly [Cause Investigation and Visualization]

Introducing a case study on the review of piping layout and pipe diameter.

We would like to introduce a case where we used the general-purpose analog input of "ParaRecolectar" to visualize air pressure and identify the cause of equipment stoppages. In the equipment, there were sporadic stoppages due to abnormal air supply pressure, and it was difficult to gather information during the problem occurrence, making it challenging to pursue and improve the cause. The general-purpose analog input of "ParaRecolectar" allows for the connection of sensors from other manufacturers, so we collected data from the existing pressure sensors in the process equipment. Setra Corporation High Precision Pressure Sensor AccuSense Model ASM

The model ASM measures gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and negative pressure with high precision of ±0.05% FS. It has excellent temperature characteristics and achieves high stability over the long term.

The highest precision pressure sensor ASM series from Setra Corporation enables accurate measurements of gauge pressure, absolute pressure, and negative pressure for gases and liquids suitable for a 630 stainless steel pressure port, with an accuracy of ±0.05% FS. The patented sensor structure employs a resonant variable capacitance method, achieving excellent linearity and long-term stability. It has a wide temperature range, and errors due to temperature effects are meticulously compensated and minimized. The diaphragm features an overpressure stop protection mechanism, providing a safe design against unintended rapid pressure increases. The unique high-level sensor output signal is characterized by excellent stability, accuracy, low output noise, and fast dynamic response, making it suitable for many industrial applications, laboratory measurements, and control purposes. This model is manufactured by combining Setra's proprietary electronic circuit with a robust integrated silicon resonant capacitive sensor. The central part of the pressure port has a diaphragm structure, with an insulated electrode plate fixed at the center of the diaphragm, creating variable capacitance. Changes in pressure alter the minute gap between the insulated electrode and the diaphragm, resulting in changes in capacitance, which are detected and converted into a linear DC signal by the electronic circuit.
