3D concrete printer
No formwork needed, any shape possible / Nagano Prefecture's first construction 3D concrete printer system.
Oike introduced the domestic construction 3D concrete printer "Polyuse One" from Polyuse Co., Ltd. for the first time in Nagano Prefecture in February 2026. The 3D concrete printer has been selected as a recommended technology by the new technology information provision system "NETIS," and in construction sites where labor shortages and a decrease in skilled workers are progressing, 3DCP is gaining attention as the third construction method following "cast-in-place" and "precast." Leveraging the know-how cultivated over many years as a concrete secondary product manufacturer, Oike proposes optimal construction methods that combine precast products and 3DCP. With the motto of "manufacturing that exceeds common sense," Oike is re-evaluating the conventional wisdom of construction that has relied on formwork, and is challenging itself to achieve shorter construction periods, labor savings, and environmental considerations simultaneously.
