Conductive compound "ROYAL CONDUCTOR"

A product in which a conductive material is dispersed in an insulating synthetic resin to impart conductivity.

This product is a conductive compound suitable for injection molding of plastic containers for electronic devices, formulated with a conductive filler blended into a base resin. It has permanent and stable conductivity, preventing issues caused by static electricity that can lead to dust and dirt adhesion during transportation of electronic components and when used as products. 【Features】 ■ Capable of modifying the resin to have excellent electrical properties ■ Conductive masterbatch allows customization of preferred conductivity and mechanical properties by changing the addition ratio ■ High-quality grades can be provided through joint development with raw material manufacturers ■ Conductive masterbatch can restore conductivity that has decreased during the recycling of IC trays ■ By combining with your preferred resin, both mechanical properties and conductivity can be customized to your specifications *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Processed MC703HL plastic resin sliding grade from bar material!

We process a special grade of MC nylon from bar stock! Considering the properties of the material, we strive to accommodate requests for tolerances and distortions as much as possible.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we process the plastic resin sliding grade "MC703HL" from bar stock. Pins for industrial machinery related to the automotive sector often have relatively simple shapes and can generally be produced with short lead times and at low prices. Depending on the processing shape and material, we can get as close as possible to your desired delivery date. For items needed immediately after a holiday, we can accommodate by utilizing weekends and holidays. *For special materials, if there is no stock available, lead times may be longer. [About Our Processing] ■ NC Lathe Complex Processing (Okuma) In small lots, we often process R shapes that do not have standard products through NC processing, which does not incur tool costs unlike general-purpose machines. ■ Material MC Nylon (Monomer Cast Nylon) is commonly used in areas requiring mechanical strength (impact resistance) and is generally easy to obtain, making it widely used. *Special materials may need to be ordered. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Measures to Address Vibration in General-purpose Lathes

Measures to counter vibration in general-purpose lathes! How to use the center of a general-purpose lathe in a video!

We are a company specializing in plastic resins. We primarily perform machining by skillfully using general-purpose lathes, milling machines, NC lathes, and machining centers to cut round and sheet materials from raw materials. In cutting processes, we handle a wide range of operations including three-dimensional machining and complex lathe processing using CAD/CAM, as well as engraving and gear manufacturing. In thermal processing, we perform welding and bending, and in manual processing, we offer polishing (buffing), adhesion, and assembly. Additionally, we handle secondary processing of molded products, as well as processing of rubber, metal, non-ferrous materials, felt, and insulation boards. Before delivery, we conduct inspections using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, block gauges, screw gauges, image dimension measuring instruments, three-dimensional measuring machines, and jigs to measure and check the drawings against the products. We pay close attention to dimensional changes due to temperature differences, expansion due to water absorption, and warping or distortion related to shape and material, striving to meet your requests as much as possible. We hope you will get to know our company and gain a deeper understanding of our current capabilities. We will be distributing videos through YouTube that contribute to the development of manufacturing, so we appreciate your support. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*

[Handling Materials] We accept material production.

We handle materials such as ABS resin, acrylic, and MC nylon! Other materials are also available.

We would like to introduce our "handled materials." We handle materials such as "PSF (Polysulfone)," which excels in the balance of heat resistance (heat resistance temperature of 175°C) and mechanical strength, and "PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)," which is excellent in strength, insulation, flame retardancy, weather resistance, and chemical resistance. Additionally, we also offer "ABS resin" and "PE (Polyethylene)." We handle other materials as well, so please feel free to contact us. 【Handled Materials (Partial)】 ■ PSF (Polysulfone) ■ PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) ■ ABS resin ■ PE (Polyethylene) ■ PP (Polypropylene) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

【Basic Knowledge】Excellent Compatibility with Repkomica! Engineering Plastics 【Flaky Filler】

Excellent compatibility with Repkomica! Engineering Plastics Edition

Plastics that are primarily used industrially. Compared to general-purpose plastics, they excel in mechanical strength and heat resistance, making them suitable for industrial parts and other applications. The definition of engineering plastics (often abbreviated as "Enpla") is not very clear, but it is said to include: Tensile strength: 500 kgf/cm² (49 MPa) or more Flexural modulus: 20,000 kgf/cm² (1,960 MPa) or more Heat resistance: over 100°C Among engineering plastics, five commonly used types are referred to as the "five major engineering plastics." PA (Polyamide): Often referred to by the DuPont trademark name Nylon. PC (Polycarbonate) Polyester (PBT, PET) POM (Polyacetal): Also known as polyoxymethylene Modified PPE (Modified Polyphenylene Ether) *We handle various sizes and grades of mica products, focusing on gold mica (S grade) and white mica (M grade). Mica has good compatibility with various materials such as plastic resins, paints, rubber, films, sealing materials, and adhesives.
