The "βsystem BR-119" is a resin for ester-cured phenolic cold box molds that consistently provides high mold strength for specific new sands and high-alkali reclaimed sands, which were previously considered to have insufficient mold strength. Compared to conventional resins, it does not require specific sand types and achieves high mold strength, making sand selection easier. We thoroughly remove not only surface dirt but also impurities that have seeped into the resin under vacuum and high temperatures, preventing deterioration of physical properties and restoring IV values.
