TR200's pavement

Long-lasting pavement using epoxy asphalt! It has wear resistance equivalent to that of concrete.

The TR200 paving mixture is a high-strength asphalt mixture that uses "epoxy asphalt," which is created by adding epoxy resin to asphalt as a binder. Since it uses a special resin that hardens at temperatures above 100°C, it allows for a construction time of over two hours after the mixture is produced. Additionally, the hardening reaction speed at room temperature is fast, enabling quick traffic reopening after construction, similar to regular asphalt paving. Due to the characteristics of the epoxy resin, once cured, it exhibits both rigidity and toughness, resulting in a durable pavement that is resilient and resistant to cracking. **Features:** - Durability comparable to concrete pavement - Can be shipped from regular asphalt mixing plants at standard manufacturing temperatures - Can be paved with similar workability and construction systems as regular asphalt mixtures - Shows flow resistance comparable to polymer-modified Type II at the time of traffic opening, with further hardening promoted after use, achieving durability similar to concrete pavement as final strength - Can be lightened, allowing for white or colored pavements similar to concrete pavement *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

AKD Paving

Asphalt pavement that has a shorter curing time compared to semi-flexible pavement, allowing for early traffic opening!

"AKD Paving" is a product that adds and mixes "special additives" to a typical asphalt mixture, resulting in excellent flow resistance and oil resistance. It can be easily manufactured at a standard asphalt plant and can be constructed using common asphalt paving machinery. It has excellent resistance to ruts and deformation caused by heavy loads, twisting from vehicles at intersections, and softening of asphalt due to oil (cutback). [Features] - Can be constructed with standard asphalt paving machinery - Possesses excellent resistance - Ruts and deformation caused by heavy loads - Softening of asphalt due to oil (cutback) - Twisting from vehicles at intersections - Easier repair work compared to semi-flexible pavements *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
