AI Camera "NXT rio & rome"

You can easily build an AI environment with NXT and your PC, even without specialized knowledge in AI or programming.

The "NXT rio & rome" is a smart camera equipped with a dual-core CPU and FPGA. It offers a range of sensors from 1.6MP to 5MP, and we are continuously expanding the lineup. To get started with AI, you will need the NXT camera and the cloud software IDS NXT lighthouse. There are three steps! 1. Upload sample images to the cloud and label them. 2. Fully automated learning. 3. Deploy the trained AI model to the NXT camera. After that, the NXT camera will become an AI camera and perform inference. Since it has a built-in CPU, an industrial PC is not required. 【Features】 ■ A diverse lineup of CMOS sensors ■ C-mount allows for free lens selection ■ Dual-core CPU at 3GHz ■ FPGA equipped for flexible CPU support ■ Protection class IP30 (NXT rio) ■ Protection class IP65/67 (NXT rome) *For more details, please visit our website or feel free to contact us. [Contract Development] Software development, algorithm and hardware development as well.

Focusing on software development centered around image processing, algorithm development, and hardware development. We turn the ideas in our minds into reality!

Our company focuses on software development centered around image processing, as well as algorithm and hardware development. The appeal of contract development, as we see it, is "to turn the concepts in our customers' minds into tangible products." To achieve this, we believe that drawing out the ideas from our customers' minds is the most important step. We place particular importance on confirming requirements and creating proposals, and we are committed to every phase from receiving an order to delivery. 【Hardware Development Flow (Excerpt)】 ■ Requirement Confirmation ■ Proposal ■ Basic Design and Circuit Board Design ■ FPGA Circuit Design ■ Artwork ■ Implementation ■ Evaluation ■ Delivery *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

DCC-RGBD1

A compact dual-lens board camera that combines a [ToF camera] which measures distance using the reflection time of light emitted from the camera, and an [RGB camera].

We would like to introduce our compact ToF camera development kit that utilizes "Time-of-Flight" technology, suitable for those who want to measure distances up to several meters without needing the precision of light sectioning, while maintaining real-time capabilities! ▼What is a ToF camera?▼ A ToF camera measures distance based on the time it takes for light emitted from a specific light source to reflect off an object and reach the image sensor. It measures the distance to the object pixel by pixel using an FPGA and outputs it in sync with a color image. Since the light source is located on the camera side, it can be used in indoor environments or warehouses where sufficient lighting is not available. Although the accuracy is lower compared to light sectioning, it offers high real-time performance and achieves improved accuracy for curved surfaces with less parallax compared to stereo systems. It can be applied in various fields such as construction and logistics robots, AGVs, medical and caregiving settings, object recognition in dark environments, and hand gesture input. ■ Sample programs are provided, including ROS drivers and point cloud processing. (Source: GitHub) ■ Seamless distance measurement from Near to Far (30cm to 5m) in Wide range mode. The mode can be switched to accommodate closer distances (Super Near mode: 15cm to 70cm).
