High thermal conductivity performance! A heat exchanger composed of multiple heat transfer units made up of numerous steel tubes.

The "Channel-type Heat Exchanger" is a gas-to-gas heat exchanger that uses rolled steel pipes in the heat exchange section. The steel pipes can be selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, and special heat-resistant steel based on temperature and gas composition. To achieve high heat transfer performance, the heating gas flows outside the pipes in a direction perpendicular to the tubes, while the preheating gas is passed through at high speed to enhance cooling effects. High heat transfer performance similar to channel type! A heat exchanger with tubes bent in a U-shape instead of a channel type turn bend.

The "U-tube type heat exchanger" is a heat exchanger made by bending steel pipes into a U shape, as a replacement for channel-type turn bends. The steel pipes can be selected from carbon steel, stainless steel, or special heat-resistant steel depending on the temperature and gas composition. To achieve high heat transfer performance, the heat source gas flows perpendicular to the tubes on the outside, while the preheated gas is passed through at high speed to enhance its cooling effect. High-temperature preheating is possible up to a heat source temperature of 950°C and a preheated gas temperature of 750°C. Fin tube heat exchanger

A specialized heat exchanger that allows steam or liquid to flow through a tube while passing air or other gases outside the tube.

Our company handles "fin tube type heat exchangers," which are equipped with thin plates called fins, measuring 0.2mm to 0.3mm, pressed and installed using a dedicated press machine. The pitch of the fins is approximately 2mm to 3mm, allowing for a larger heat transfer area in a small space. Additionally, this product is recommended for combinations such as liquid-gas, where there is a significant difference in the individual boundary layer heat transfer coefficients. However, it is not suitable for heat exchange between "liquids" or "gases" of the same type.
