"Correction of building settlement and prevention of re-settlement" Ground subsidence correction work

We will select the perfect construction method! Take early measures against damage caused by ground subsidence! Leave the subsidence correction work to Georafters.

GeoRafter Co., Ltd.'s subsidence correction work is a "civil engineering technique" that utilizes the weight of the building to drive steel pipes with jacks under houses that have experienced differential settlement, thereby returning the building to a level position. Using the weight of the building as a reaction force, steel pipe piles are driven into the supporting ground using jacks, supporting and correcting the entire structure through the "steel pipe pile driving method (underpinning method)." Additionally, the most suitable method is selected from options such as "pressure slab method" and "liquid (cement milk) injection method" for construction. 【Features (Underpinning Method)】 ■ Not only corrects building subsidence but also prevents re-subsidence ■ Allows construction in a residential state without the need for relocation, such as moving ■ Generates minimal noise, vibration, and dust, and requires less space for equipment storage *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Ground subsidence correction work "Underpinning method"

No need to move! Stable supporting ground! It can correct subsidence while preventing further sinking. There is little noise, vibration, and dust, and it also saves space for storing materials.

The "Underpinning Method" is a technique that supports the load of a building by driving steel pipe piles into the supporting ground using jacks, thereby stabilizing and correcting the entire structure. This method not only corrects the sinking of the building but also prevents further sinking. Additionally, construction can be carried out while residents remain in the building, without the need to relocate. 【Features】 ■ Prevention of further sinking ■ Construction possible while residents remain in the building ■ Minimal noise, vibration, and dust generation ■ Space-saving for material storage *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Ground subsidence correction work "Pressure-resistant slab method"

No need to move! Construction can be done while living in the space! It can also be combined with the steel pipe pile driving method.

The "Pressure Resistance Slab Method" is a technique that involves laying a pressure-resistant steel plate under the foundation and using jacks to support the foundation and correct any tilting. This method is used when the surface layer is relatively hard, the weak layer is shallow, and the supporting layer is relatively shallow. Construction can be carried out while residents remain in the building, without the need to relocate. Additionally, it generates little noise, vibration, or dust, and requires minimal space for equipment storage. 【Features】 - Can be used in conjunction with the steel pipe pile driving method - Construction can be done while residents remain in the building - Generates little noise, vibration, or dust - Requires minimal space for equipment storage *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
