[Case of Styrofoam Reduction Machine] Recycling EPS in Singapore

Introducing a polystyrene reduction machine to the seafood market in Singapore. We are recycling waste polystyrene that was previously incinerated.

Case Study 2: Styrofoam Reduction Machine RE-E502X Industry: Market Relations Application: Styrofoam Reduction in Singapore Customer's Challenges: In Singapore, which has very limited land and a small agricultural area, a large portion of food products is reliant on imports, leading to significant waste generated from Styrofoam associated with logistics. However, unlike in Japan, the discarded Styrofoam is not recycled but is instead transported and incinerated along with other waste. The bulky nature of Styrofoam results in inefficiencies in storage and transportation, causing various issues. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Expanded Polystyrene Volume Reduction Machine Ingot Granulation Device 'RE-E Series'

The tasks of "drawing out, cooling, and palletizing" ingots are unnecessary. By automating this series of tasks, further labor reduction and ease of work are achieved.

The polystyrene densification machine's ingot granulation device eliminates the need for labor-intensive tasks such as "drawing out ingots," "cooling," and "pallet stacking" during the polystyrene densification process. By automating this series of tasks, we have achieved further labor reduction and ease of work. We offer two models with processing capacities of 100 and 150 kg per hour. 【Features】 ■ Automatic granulation of ingots Ingot, shaped into thin plates for easy cooling and solidification, is granulated into block shapes (20mm square) through the up-and-down movement of pressing and cutting blades. ■ Block-shaped ingots stored in bulk bags The granulated block-shaped ingots are stored in bulk bags via air transport. Workers do not need to draw ingots from the densification machine or stack them on pallets. ■ Increased productivity in densification work Since the workload after raw material input is significantly reduced, operators can focus on producing high-quality recycled materials by concentrating on raw material input and the removal of foreign substances. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case of Styrofoam Reduction Machine] Improved work efficiency by upgrading from kerosene type.

Improvement of work efficiency and reduction of worker burden through the transition from kerosene to electric heating.

Case Study 3: Polystyrene Reduction Machine RE-E1000 ■Industry: Waste Management ■Application: Volume reduction of polystyrene (fish boxes and cushioning materials) 【Customer's Challenges】 The company had been using an oil-based reduction machine introduced over 20 years ago, but due to aging, it had experienced an increase in breakdowns and difficulties in securing parts, prompting them to consider updating their equipment. Previously, the company had to wait for the ingots in the receiving box to cool down before removing them and stacking them on pallets, which was very time-consuming and labor-intensive. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
