A cost-effective car speaker that incorporates high-performance carbon fiber in the diaphragm. The request was for a complete equal division of the center cut, but due to concerns about the retention rate of each part after cutting, a 90-degree opening cut was proposed. The separated side retained almost its original shape except for the cutting width (cut allowance, kerf width). However, even with the insertion of special stabilizers in the frame (for unstable areas) and in the magnet section, there was still some impact on the interlayer and cutting surface near the cutting width due to the state of jet water flow diffusion after penetrating through the layers, resulting in a lack of clarity and a completely vertical surface.
