Spray Application Method Cross-Section Repair Material 'Armor #730P'

For all premixes, just mix with water on-site! It regenerates and strengthens the passive film on rebar.

"Armor #730P" is a polymer-cement mortar-based repair material for spray application that excels in salt resistance. It adsorbs and fixes chloride ions remaining in the concrete structure as well as those penetrating from the outside, thereby suppressing the corrosion of steel materials. Additionally, by appropriately combining the rust-inhibiting paste "Armor #700P" and the rust-inhibiting mortar "Armor #710P," the salt adsorption effect is further enhanced, making it effective for salt damage countermeasures. 【Features】 - Adsorbs and fixes chloride ions remaining in the concrete structure, suppressing the corrosion of steel materials. - The nitrite ions released from the salt adsorbent regenerate and strengthen the passive film on the rebar. - The repair material also contains a salt adsorbent, providing excellent salt resistance. - By appropriately combining the rust-inhibiting paste, rust-inhibiting mortar, and repair material, measures and repairs can be tailored according to the risk of salt damage. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Concrete structure cross-section repair material "U-Repair Shot"

Just mix with water on-site! The wet spraying method is characterized by low dust and rebound.

"U-Repair Shot" is a repair material for the cross-section of concrete structures used for spraying. Due to the wet spraying method, it generates less dust and rebound, allowing for a single application thickness of up to 50mm on walls and 30mm on ceilings. Additionally, it has very low shrinkage and stable dimensional changes, making it excellent in crack resistance. 【Features】 - All premixed type that only requires mixing with water on-site - Less dust and rebound due to the wet spraying method - A single application thickness of up to 50mm on walls and 30mm on ceilings is possible - Allows for trowel finishing using a wet spraying method that does not use quick-setting materials - Minimal hardening shrinkage after spraying, with excellent dimensional stability *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
