Our company provides the "Ieda-style Balanced Scorecard," which is based on our management philosophy and constructed through SWOT analysis, cross-analysis, and other methods to develop effective strategies. These strategies are summarized on a single A4 sheet as a strategy map, enabling all employees to understand and share the strategy. We quantify the strategy as KPIs to visualize the progress of the strategy. Ultimately, we can break it down into action plans that reach the daily behavior level of employees.
