Quickly respond to EC order pickup products in-store! Reduce wait times and improve customer service!
At major apparel companies, the number of in-store pickups for online orders has increased due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When customers come to pick up their items, staff members have been searching for and handing over the products from the back room. However, due to the large volume of in-store pickup items, it takes time to locate the requested products, causing customers to wait and sometimes resulting in long lines. To address this, we read or input the information about the in-store pickup items provided by customers using a handheld reader, allowing for quick picking of the items through radar search. This has streamlined operations and reduced wait times, thereby improving customer service.
