■ Two types: ceiling exposed type and ceiling embedded type These are sensors installed on the ceiling surfaces of entrances and corridors to detect intruders. We have commercialized two models: ceiling exposed type and ceiling embedded type, featuring an elegant design reminiscent of downlights, ensuring that architectural beauty is not compromised. ■ Intrusion area adjustment function The width of the monitored area can be adjusted with a single touch according to the location being monitored. Wide: Width 2.8m at a height of 3.5m Narrow: Width 1.4m at a height of 3.5m Additionally, the area angle can be adjusted up to 30° in 10 steps (vertical angle from -10° to +20°). ■ Sensitivity adjustment volume The device is factory-set to the appropriate sensitivity, but it also includes a "sensitivity adjustment volume" that allows for fine-tuning of sensitivity based on installation conditions.

■Adoption of Fuzzy Theory The two outputs from the newly developed dual twin element are divided by the CPU into two pieces of information: the temperature difference and shape difference between the detection object and the background. Using fuzzy theory, it accurately determines whether the detection object is a human or a small animal, and outputs an alarm. Even when phenomena that are likely to cause malfunctions, such as small animals (like mice), stray light, drafts, and external noise occur, the dual twin effect ensures that there is almost no impact. ■Ideal Surveillance Area Utilizing unique optical technology, a multi-parabola mirror is adopted. It monitors three-dimensional space with high density. ■Abnormal Alarm Function While the sensor is in a surveillance state, the built-in program allows the sensor itself to monitor the next functions. If an abnormality is detected, it notifies of the abnormality through continuous alarm output and continuous illumination of the alarm indicator light. ●Low Power Supply Voltage Abnormality… The newly developed CPU constantly monitors the power supply voltage provided to the sensor. If the power supply voltage drops below a certain level, the abnormal alarm is triggered. ●Equipment Abnormality… In the unlikely event that damage or disconnection occurs in the internal circuits or connections of the sensor, the abnormal alarm is triggered. ●Aiming Position Abnormality… After confirming the surveillance area, if the aiming device is forgotten to be returned, the abnormal alarm is triggered.

■Triple mirror that forms a unique area Equipped with three sets of optical units in the sensor. This is a new type of passive sensor that features twin-type elements (newly developed) in each unit. The area formed by the three sets of optical units significantly reduces false alarms and malfunctions due to its unique layout design. Additionally, the design resembles an outdoor light, and the internal structure allows for area adjustment (movable mirrors), making it difficult to infer the direction of the area from the appearance, thus enhancing security. ■Reduction of malfunctions caused by small animals By adopting independent detection units for each mirror, signal processing reduces malfunctions caused by small animals such as cats. Furthermore, by using the pet mode (only for three-dimensional vigilance type), it becomes possible to cancel out medium-sized dogs (approximately 50 cm in height), allowing for operation in homes with pets. Additionally, by attaching a bird stopper to the top, it becomes less likely for birds to perch, significantly reducing unexpected malfunctions.
