Oil Mist Removal Device OMSZ "Karakkaze": Ogura Clutch

Effectively captures oil mist down to 0.1μm particles. It is a compact and high-efficiency oil mist collector.

The Rev Disk Impactor (RDI) mounted at the front of the main body, along with the high-performance filter on the secondary side, plays a significant role in achieving a clean workplace environment. Oil mist floating in the machining workspace is harmful, and prolonged inhalation can lead to respiratory diseases and laryngeal cancer. Additionally, oil mist gradually adheres and accumulates on machines and equipment, causing malfunctions and corrosion. The oil mist collector "Karakkaze" effectively captures oil mist and resolves these issues. All domestic factories of Ogura Clutch have obtained ISO 14001 certification. We reflect our environmentally conscious business activity policy in our product development and have developed an oil mist removal device for machine tools.

When the power is cut off, the brakes are applied; this is a holding and emergency stop electromagnetic brake. It is slim and contributes to the compactness of the equipment.
