Ground improvement method "Rising W Method"

Ground improvement method using a uniquely developed mixing bucket!

The "Rising W Method" is a ground improvement technique that involves placing pre-excavated soil into the excavation area and mixing it with slurry using a uniquely developed mixing bucket to create a highly homogeneous block-shaped improved material. By excavating the soil in advance, it is possible to confirm the bearing layer and the soil to be improved. Additionally, it allows for the removal of organic soil that hinders solidification, as well as gravel layers, boulders, industrial waste, and underground obstacles that may interfere with construction. 【Features】 ■ Improves construction efficiency by creating block-shaped ground improvements ■ Allows for visual confirmation of the bearing layer and improved soil quality, ensuring reliable construction ■ Quality control through the Rising Tester ■ Improved body dimensions range from 0.7m to 5m *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

4,171 successful hires! Ground improvement methods that protect land value.

No artificial materials left underground! Achieve improved strength, liquefaction countermeasures, and asset value protection with ground improvement using natural stones!

The "Eco-GEO Method" is a ground improvement technology that uses only crushed natural stone, without the use of cement or steel pipes. To ensure consistently stable quality and strength, it features the use of a uniquely developed EG casing (a cylindrical device) that is not used in other crushed stone methods. 1. Contributes to the preservation of the global environment 2. Protects the value of land 3. Strength does not deteriorate 4. Measures against liquefaction during earthquakes 5. Two types available: with and without soil removal 【Achievements and Adoption Numbers (as of March 2024)】 ■ Construction agents: 58 locations ■ Housing companies that have adopted it: 4,171 companies ■ Total number of constructions: 34,449 cases *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Contributing to a clean site: Zero waste and zero leftover soil ground improvement method.

Introduction to the Eco-GEO Method (Standard Type) and Eco-GEO ZERO Method (No Soil Discharge Type)!

We would like to introduce our residential crushed stone ground improvement work, "EcoGeo Method." With the EcoGeo Method (standard type), no waste (such as empty cement bags or cut steel pipes) is generated during construction, and no artificial materials are left underground. Furthermore, with the EcoGeo ZERO Method (no soil discharge type), no surplus soil is generated during excavation, allowing us to achieve "zero waste and surplus soil" from the construction phase into the future. 【Methods】 ■ EcoGeo Method (standard type) ■ EcoGeo ZERO Method (no soil discharge type) *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Why not update the water pipes without stopping the road?

Minimizing both traffic congestion and noise. A next-generation water pipe renewal method that connects to the future.

When it becomes necessary to update water pipes on a busy road, concerns about traffic congestion, noise, and vibrations due to construction arise. The SDF method involves inserting a new **flexible stainless steel pipe** into the aging water pipes without extensive excavation work. This significantly shortens the construction period and minimizes the impact on nearby residents and passing vehicles. It is a construction method that protects essential water infrastructure without disrupting daily life, making it friendly to both the environment and people. Ground improvement "Super Ruffle Elneed Method" *Shortened construction period and cost reduction

[Presentation materials being distributed] Expanding partnerships with major companies such as Shimizu Corporation, Kajima Corporation, and Takenaka Corporation! Over 3,000 construction achievements nationwide.

The "Super Rappuru Elneed Method" is a construction technique that uses stabilized soil created by adding water and cement-based solidifying agents to on-site excavated soil, achieving "shortened construction periods" and "lower costs" compared to the Rappuru method. We are expanding our partnerships with major companies such as Shimizu Corporation, Kajima Corporation, and Takenaka Corporation, and we have over 3,000 construction achievements nationwide. 【Do you have any of these concerns?】 ■ The Rappuru method (ready-mixed concrete placement) involves many processes such as excavation and formwork arrangement; is there a method that can be simplified further? ■ Ground improvement work is often based on estimation and experience; is there a method that allows for thorough visual confirmation? ■ Can we ensure quality while minimizing variability even in rainy conditions or at sites where groundwater is surfacing? 【Features of the Super Rappuru Elneed Method】 ■ Shortened construction periods and lower costs ■ Easy confirmation of support layers and high quality ■ Minimal residual soil after construction *For more details, please download the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Cost reduction: Ground improvement method with a shorter design length than conventional method support piles.

The design length is shorter than that of conventional solid piles! Compared to other methods, it may also reduce the overall construction cost.

The Eco-GEO method is a replacement method rather than a support pile method. The weight supported by the "crushed stone reinforcement body" is distributed underground, so it does not require a solid foundation at the tip, and in many cases, the design length is shorter than that of conventional solid piles. Therefore, depending on the ground conditions, it may be possible to reduce the overall construction cost compared to other methods. 【Features】 ■ Supports the weight of the building with both the "crushed stone reinforcement body" and the "original ground" ■ Does not require a solid foundation at the tip ■ In many cases, the design length is shorter than that of conventional solid piles ■ Depending on the ground conditions, it may be possible to reduce the overall construction cost compared to other methods *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Ground improvement method that can reduce the burden on site managers and contribute to shortening construction periods.

Quality control is completed simultaneously with the completion of construction! There is no need to wait for the confirmation of the strength of the test pieces.

We would like to introduce our residential crushed stone ground improvement work, "Eco Geo Method." Since there is no need for a curing period, construction time can be shortened. No water is used during the construction. As the material is crushed stone, there is no need for level management of the pile heads. Additionally, there is no concern about damaging the pile heads during foundation excavation. 【Features】 ■ No curing period required ■ Can be constructed without water ■ No post-testing (test pieces) required ■ No level management of pile heads needed *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Geo Double Sand Method for Roads/Parking Lots [NETIS Registered]

We prevent liquefaction while reducing environmental impact. Suitable for narrow spaces! It's a fast, affordable, and strong construction method.

During an earthquake, the ground, which is normally stable due to the interlocking of water and sand particles, becomes unstable as this bond is disrupted. When pressure from above is applied in this state, the heavier sand particles settle, and the liquefied water tries to rise to the surface. This is the phenomenon of liquefaction, which has caused many disasters in past earthquakes. The Geo Double Sand Method prevents the underground water (excess pore water) from rising by blocking it with a waterproof sheet and directing it to drainage pipes for rapid drainage, thereby mitigating liquefaction and preventing ground subsidence. Additionally, in frost heave disasters, the waterproof sheet blocks and disperses moisture, suppressing damage to the road surface caused by moisture freezing and expanding (ice lenses). The reinforcement sheet used in the Geo Double Sand Method minimizes the expansion of the road surface and also prevents cracks in the pavement due to aging deterioration. The Geo Double Sand Method is a completely new construction method that has obtained a patent and certification from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (NETIS). It requires no special technology, allows for low construction costs and shortened construction periods, and also enables partial repairs (patch repairs).
