RFID Tag "Tag16" [Non-touch Child Monitoring]

There is a reason why school commute management (email distribution) is the most used!

Hands-free operation with active tags and beacons can sometimes pose challenges in adjusting the response range (they may respond outside the intended area). Our tags respond only in the necessary locations, achieving accurate recognition. They have an incredibly long battery life that feels like it has no built-in battery! (Up to 7 years) No battery replacement is needed from enrollment to graduation. The hands-free (non-touch) method ensures safety even for small children. The 'School Commute Email System' utilizing this product has been implemented in over 700 schools. It can receive multiple signals simultaneously during group commutes. Of course, it's non-touch! Since it only responds in specific areas, there’s no worry about emails being sent while in the classroom. 【Features】 ○ Battery life of up to 7 years ○ Non-touch method ○ Weak radio waves (300MHz band) that do not affect the human body or medical devices For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

[Blog] Can RFID tags that are metal-compatible be read in any environment?

Recreating the actual office environment! A verification corner for inventorying company assets using RFID!

In the first round of verification, we found extreme results depending on where we placed the tagged chairs; sometimes they could be read from 10 meters away, while other times they could only be read from 2 meters. In the second round of verification, after placing tags in various locations on the chairs and scanning them, we concluded that to ensure readability regardless of where the tags are placed, one should choose "slightly more expensive metal-compatible tags" instead of "affordable metal-noncompatible tags." The theme for this third round is "Are metal-compatible tags really invincible?" In previous verifications, metal-compatible tags produced stable results regardless of the material of the asset they were attached to. But is that really the case? Could there be instances where "despite being metal-compatible, they couldn't be scanned"? Therefore, we will conduct tests while recreating an actual office environment! You can view the continuation through the related link. Please take a moment to read it.

A digest version of RFID that reads data for inventory and stock management in bulk!

Improving efficiency during shipping and inspection as it can be read while still packaged! Contributing to a reduction in labor hours during inventory tasks. Also useful for other shipping inspections and process management.

"RFID" is a communication system that reads data from IC tags non-contact. The information within the IC tag is received by a reader-writer using radio waves, and this data is sent to a computer or similar device, allowing for viewing and processing. It can be used for inventory management, process management, and ensuring traceability. [Applications] ■ Shipping and receiving / Inspection: Improves efficiency as it can read while still packaged. ■ Access control: Reads the IC tags carried by employees to ensure security. ■ Inventory: Allows for bulk reading, significantly reducing labor costs. ■ Process management: Checks progress and labor hours, serving as a basis for line change decisions. ■ Picking: Reduces errors through RFID reading. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
