Case Study: Pig Farm We are utilizing it for facility hygiene purposes.
Our product "KEW-A009-2A" has been introduced to pig farms for the purpose of preventing infectious diseases such as porcine epidemic diarrhea. For improved hygiene!
Our product 'KEW-A009-2A' has been introduced to improve the hygiene conditions of facilities, aiming to prevent infections, as the outbreak and damage caused by porcine epidemic diarrhea have become significant issues. The Aqua Purita, which can simultaneously generate sterilizing water (hypochlorous acid water) and cleaning water (alkaline water) using only salt, water, and electricity, meets the needs of livestock facilities. Not only does it enhance hygiene in the facilities with hypochlorous acid water, but the three-chamber electrolytic cell of the Aqua Purita is also optimal for pig farming facilities with many steel structures. This two-compartment, three-chamber system completely prevents the mixing of salt into the generated water, significantly reducing the risk of rust caused by salt, allowing it to be used without concern for rust in pig houses with many steel frames. By using electrolyzed water (hypochlorous acid water and alkaline electrolyzed water) for disinfection and cleaning within the facilities, we have achieved an improvement in hygiene conditions. The electrolyzed water generation device 'KEW-A009' uses a two-membrane, three-chamber electrolytic cell to generate acidic electrolyzed water (hypochlorous acid water) on the anode side and alkaline electrolyzed water (sodium hydroxide solution) on the cathode side from water and refined salt. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.*
