Q: An foreign object has accidentally been mixed in. What should I do? A: If a foreign object has fallen into the disposer, please do not move it carelessly before removing it. Moving it carelessly can cause it to jam, leading to malfunction. First, for safety reasons, always unplug the disposer before starting any work. - If the object was mixed in while stopped, simply remove it as is. - If it was mixed in while operating, immediately turn off the switch, unplug it, and after confirming that it has stopped, proceed to remove the object. - If a jam occurs, use the designated tool to unlock it before removing the foreign object.
