This significantly increases the effective number of balls while minimizing the amplitude caused by the entry and exit of the balls. We have achieved ultra-low waviness comparable to static pressure guidance. At the same time, we have minimized the deformation of the balls, achieving ultra-high rigidity that surpasses roller guides. This contributes to the high precision of the equipment.
