The "BPR-23-D" is a linear differential output balanced receiver manufactured by OptiLab. It features a PIN photodiode (PD) arranged in a dual surface-mounted coplanar waveguide on a single chip within a 14-pin mini DIL package, as well as a linear transimpedance amplifier (TIA).
