The "DaiBest DBX01" is a bearing material with high load capacity that is expected to have a long lifespan due to regular lubrication. It is an environmentally friendly lead-free material and is a "pre-lubricated bearing" that uses lubricants such as grease during assembly. The steel backing is sintered with a porous copper-tin alloy and lined with polyacetal resin (POM) and other materials. Additionally, it combines good sliding characteristics due to its indentation (grease pocket) retention capability with the strength and dimensional stability of metal materials.
