[Case Study] Tsubaki Zip Chain Actuator

Of course, we can handle new installations as well as modifications to existing ones! Here are examples of solutions for maintenance space issues.

We would like to introduce a case where the maintenance space at the tail section was secured and safety was improved using the "Tsubaki Zip Chain Actuator." There was a problem with securing maintenance space during the adjustment of the take-up associated with the flow conveyor, particularly when adjusting the position of the residual prevention plate in the tail case. By installing a residual prevention plate with the Tsubaki Zip Chain Actuator, the spindle was eliminated, making it more compact and allowing for the securing of maintenance space. 【Case Overview】 ■ Issues - There is a risk of tripping and falling when people pass by due to the protruding part of the spindle. - Manual adjustment with tools is necessary. ■ Effects - The tail case has been integrated, eliminating concerns about tripping when people pass by. - Adjustments are now made through chain drive, eliminating the need for manual adjustments by workers. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
