An energy-saving case that limits the number of units while avoiding risks through pressure forecast control.
Within the company, we were looking for ways to further reduce costs. The newly implemented quantity control system features more precise control compared to conventional methods. It continuously monitors pressure and can accurately start and stop compressors with the necessary capacity as needed. Additionally, it is possible to analyze and automatically calculate data collected from pressure monitoring sensors, allowing for load predictions. Even if the lower limit of the original pressure is set as low as possible, there is no risk of pressure shortages causing the line to stop.
