We would like to introduce a case study of the integrated structural calculation software "Super Build/SS7" for a steel frame, single-story factory with a single slope.
The dimensions are as follows: X direction = 25.2m, Y direction = 15.0m, height = 8.3m. The structure features a rigid frame in the Y direction and a brace frame in the X direction, with two 2.8t overhead cranes installed.
For the foundation, we adopted JFE Civil Corporation's "Ichii-ichi Foundation Method," which integrates columns and a single pile, reducing the number of foundation beams and piles, thereby achieving a shorter construction period and lower costs.
