Our "Straight Bevel" products, processed using the Gleason Company’s gear cutting machine (No. 24), offer excellent tooth engagement and can also undergo crowning processing. By applying crowning, it is possible to guide the tooth engagement position during no-load conditions to an ideal location. When a load is applied, the tooth engagement can be achieved near the center of the tooth width, resulting in reduced noise. Our bevels, which can be processed up to M25, are well-suited for powerful machinery.
