The "Super Deck" is a modular spud barge applicable for heavy machinery scaffolding for water construction in inland areas such as dams, rivers, and lakes. The installation and removal of steel materials led to decreased efficiency in water construction, and the high material costs for large crane work platforms contributed to rising construction costs.
