This is a system that integrates the Skystar 110 and ResQCell system (active IMSI catcher, three passive sensors mounted on the Skystar 110, and ground control application) from RT, a pioneer in balloon tethering solutions in Israel. This solution can be utilized not only in urban areas severely affected by earthquakes, typhoons, and floods but also in open fields and other locations. It provides high-precision 3D geolocation of victims' mobile phones without relying on mobile phone networks. Additionally, it displays the location of search and rescue teams, assisting commanders in managing teams on-site. Furthermore, it can be transported by two people and deployed within 10 minutes, enabling quick and easy life-saving operations in areas with high disaster impact. The Skystar ResQCell can fly at altitudes of up to 457 meters (1,500 feet).
