It uses a proprietary rubber-based adhesive that is strong against cold, allowing for secure binding even in cold regions, while leaving no residue on the vegetables, ensuring hygiene (compliant with food sanitation laws). Made from OPP material, it also boasts excellent water resistance, making it suitable for binding vegetables like turnips.
Custom original printing is available, allowing for various promotional methods for the product. For example, it can accommodate printing of place names, regional brands, company names, store names, and combinations of producer names and producer numbers on "attached plates."
Colors can be printed in single or multiple colors, achieving small lot production, short delivery times, and cost reductions. Custom sizes (width and length) of the tape can also be ordered (from narrow to wide widths, including long rolls of 500m, etc.).
