Laminating (pouch processing)
We accept orders from card size to large format, from single pieces to large lots. We can accommodate a wide range of items, including posters and various types of displays, as well as restaurant menus.
The thickness of the film comes in a thin type (40μ: 0.04mm) that is perfect for carrying, a medium type (100μ: 0.1mm) that is widely used, and a thick type (150μ: 0.15mm) that has a bit more thickness and feels sturdier, although it can only accommodate up to A1 size. Similar to PP processing, we can also accommodate matte types. Please contact us in advance if you wish to do so. Additionally, if you provide printed materials, we can create several-page menus with creasing and rivet fastening after lamination. We can also handle a wide range of promotional materials such as drawings, POP displays, posters, and more, from single pieces to large lots. Sizes range from card size (54×86mm) to B0 size (1,030×1,456mm), including non-standard sizes, but please inquire in advance due to film stock availability.
