We would like to introduce the positioning type of "Velcro" that we handle. This product is designed to be used by combining hooks with a special shape and loops arranged in high density. Generally, hook-and-loop fasteners engage simply by the hooks and loops touching each other, but this product does not engage just by the hooks lightly touching the loop surface. Instead, it allows for sliding adjustments of position, and once the position is set, the hooks can be pressed in and embedded in the loops to activate the engagement function. Once engaged, the hooks have a shape that makes them difficult to pull out, providing high engagement strength. Therefore, it allows for easy fixation of objects compared to using screws, bolts, or nuts, making it a product increasingly adopted for applications that aim to simplify production processes.
