About 90% of the panel's volume is air, making it lightweight. Additionally, the aluminum foil honeycomb core achieves "the strongest structure with the least material" by arranging hexagons like a "honeycomb."

Depending on dimensions and lot sizes, cost reductions are possible compared to processed products made of aluminum or steel, thanks to the material cost reduction from weight savings.

A flatness of approximately 0.05mm/m can be achieved without machining such as cutting or polishing.
