[Case Study] RPA 'BizRobo!'

The introduction of RPA is a new strategy to replace the shrinking staffing industry! With "business efficiency" as the keyword, it promotes business development.

Our company considered multiple products for RPA implementation, but we determined that the strong support and the ability to accumulate knowledge in the long term would add value, so we adopted 'BizRobo!'. We signed a partnership agreement in March 2020 and introduced 'BizRobo! mini' in June. We upgraded to Basic in September. Currently, 15 robots are operating within the company, primarily handling tasks such as creating financial reports linked to the cloud ERP 'ZAC' and operating a tool for employee safety confirmation. After implementation, we achieved an average reduction of about 80% in work time, and input errors have also been eliminated, resulting in significant operational efficiency. [Case Overview] ■ Background of Implementation: Emphasis on knowledge accumulation within the company over ease of handling ■ Reason for Selection: Strong support and the ability to develop engineers ■ Implementation Effect: Work time for automated tasks reduced by an average of about 80% ■ Future Plans: Utilize internal success stories for business proposals and aim for continued monetization through service provision *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Study on the Erection of Steel Girders - 'JSP-53W'

We will conduct an examination and verification of the cross-section of the steel girder erection method and the buckling of the web plates.

The steel girder launching construction study "JSP-53W" automatically calculates the sectional forces for the entire process of the launching construction method using a hand-launching machine for steel box girders and plate girders, based on the Steel Structure Erection Design Guidelines (2012, Japan Society of Civil Engineers). It also conducts checks and evaluations for buckling of sections and web plates. The buckling checks for web plates are based on the Road Bridge Design Specifications and Commentary I Common Edition, II Steel Bridges and Steel Members Edition, DASt Richtlinie 012 Stability Checks for Steel Plates (October 1978, West German Steel Structure Committee), and the Steel Structure Erection Design and Construction Guidelines (2012 edition, Japan Society of Civil Engineers). For more details, please download the catalog. *The catalog is available from the "Urban Development Database Site" (https://kensetsu.ipros.jp/product/detail/2000095779).
