Our best product for September is the two-layer corner sink.
We received a request from a customer for a sink that fits perfectly into the dead space in their kitchen, and we handled everything from design to production. The customer wanted to separate clean and dirty water while washing dishes, so we opted for a double sink. However, since a standard double sink can be costly, we divided the sink in the middle with a board to keep costs down. The middle board is usually 1mm thick, but to prevent warping during welding, we made it 3mm thick, also considering the appearance. The customer mentioned they wanted the bottom of the sink to be flat for easier dishwashing, so we positioned the drain as close to the upper right corner of the sink bottom as possible. Using cost-effective materials, we prioritized making it easy for the customer to wash dishes as per their request. In terms of design, we added a skirt board to ensure that the sink layers are not visible from the front, creating a neat appearance. We received a delightful message from the customer saying, "Thank you for accommodating my detailed requests. The installation is complete, and it fits just as I imagined. I appreciate the careful finishing of areas that I could only describe in feelings."
Stainless steel polished finish (#400) sink cabinet with door
In the sink used in elementary schools, the inspection port has been designed to be positioned further back so that the toes can fit in. Since we were requested by the customer to manufacture within the budget, we proposed a design that fits within the budget based on the design drawings. Additionally, to prevent water from leaking from the lined countertop, we used stainless steel for the lined post form, and since the sink needed to be deep and seamlessly connected to the back guard, we manufactured it as a single unit. Furthermore, considering the wall dimensions for installation, we allowed for some clearance instead of a perfect fit, and since the inspection port is not likely to be used frequently, we implemented a mechanism that can be easily removed with a magnet. One of our strengths is that we can outsource the drawings and have them properly designed, allowing us to manufacture with precision!

In updating the sink, we would like to design a chute that allows for the bags to be flowed down and transported from the second floor, eliminating the need for the bag transportation process on the first floor. Issues: 1. There are constraints on installation space, making it difficult to use off-the-shelf products for the sink considering size and usability. 2. The installation position of the drainage outlet needs to be adjusted to fit the site. 3. Water needs to be flowed through the bag transport chute to improve transportability. 4. Generally, sinks are made by pressing a single sheet with a press machine, but in this case, unlike a one-piece sink, we processed the sink and soap holder, as well as the countertop, using bending techniques and then welded them together for production.
