We would like to introduce a roll screen that uses a special screen useful in venues and warehouses.

1. Electromagnetic Wave Shield Roll Screen This is a screen that can prevent electromagnetic wave interference and leakage in factories and warehouses. It can be used simply to restrict usage when managing inventory with RFID tags. Additionally, by using a roll screen, it can be lowered only when needed, so it won't be in the way. 2. Soundproof Roll Screen This screen blocks sounds generated in factories and workspaces, reducing bothersome noise. It can be used as a curtain or cover, as well as a roll screen. It has a sound insulation effect of 19.5 dB in the 1000 Hz frequency range. 3. Heat-Resistant Roll Screen This can be used for radiation heat protection from ovens and kilns in food factories and kitchens, as well as protection from sparks during welding and cutting.

We are currently developing a mini roll screen that is even smaller and thinner than the small window type roll screens currently on sale.

Mainly designed as a "sunshade" for the operator's seat of construction machinery, we plan to offer a simplified version with fewer functions than the small window type, at a lower price, even though it is not yet officially released. Since it is still in development, we have limited information to share, but to help you visualize it, we will introduce examples of installations using prototypes. Its compact shape allows for installation even in narrow operator seats. We aim to create a space that helps alleviate the summer heat and evening sun, allowing workers to perform their tasks more comfortably. The fabric of the prototype is made from a mesh material that emphasizes visibility, but we can change the fabric according to customer requests. We plan to unify the parts in "black," but there is still room for improvement, so if you are considering it, please feel free to consult with the Toso Industrial Materials Department representative!
