At the A Steelworks, you were troubled by dust generation and spillage issues with the powder raw material transport conveyor line. In the transition areas of the steep belt conveyor, spillage and dust generation are likely to occur. As a countermeasure, skirt rubber has been installed to address spillage and dust from the sides of the belt. This skirt rubber was made from cut pieces of old belt conveyors. When the skirt rubber from the old belt is pressed against the surface of the belt, it causes uneven wear in the areas where the skirt rubber makes contact, and the belt can slip due to the pressure applied. As a result, it was used with gaps, leading to an inability to control spillage and dust generation. Issues: 1. Uneven wear on the belt occurs. 2. The belt slips due to the pressure applied. 3. Using it with gaps prevents spillage and dust generation from stopping.

Natural rubber SVR RSS

Natural rubber RSS3 (standard grade), SVR3L (Vietnam premium grade) Always in stock, small quantity and fast delivery available.

Natural rubber is broadly classified into three categories. 1. Latex This is a milky liquid obtained by collecting the sap of rubber trees and adding ammonia (to prevent coagulation) to achieve a rubber concentration of about 60%. 2. RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheet) Acid is added to the latex to coagulate it, which is then shaped into sheets. After that, it undergoes smoking (curing and drying) treatment, and the sheets are stacked and pressed into rectangular bales. The standard weight of one bale is 111.11 kg. 3. TSR (Technically Specified Rubber) This is a high-grade material obtained by coagulating latex with acid, and intermediate materials that have naturally coagulated in collection cups are crushed and granulated, then washed with water and dried with hot air. After that, it is pressed into block-shaped bales. Technical grading is performed based on sample evaluation for each bale. The standard size for one bale is 33.33 kg or 35 kg.
