In recent years, in tower-type condominiums, hotels, hospitals, and public facilities, there has been an increasing trend to emphasize design, such as using colored steel plates and stone cladding for corridor inspection openings. The "Clearance Lock" is a product that pursues "ultimate simplicity" to meet such needs. Since it is installed embedded in the frame, the only visible part from the front of the door is the handle insertion hole. It is unlocked using a dedicated handle (sold separately).
