The use of ultra-high-pressure water for chipping does not damage the rebar and does not introduce mechanical vibrations, allowing for the optimal removal of weak areas while maintaining the structural integrity. The chipping surface created by ultra-high-pressure water ensures a wide adhesion area due to the optimal roughness generated by water impact, providing strong bonding strength when reapplying concrete. Our chipping robot and operator have been certified with the highest evaluation "Area I" (flatness, selectivity) according to the performance classification area evaluation criteria established by the Structural Construction Management Guidelines (East, Central, and West Japan Expressway Company standards).
