No need for blind rivets.
It is capable of continuous automatic riveting and can also perform multi-axis riveting. The riveting cycle is about one second, and like spot welding, it does not produce sparks or smoke, improving the working environment.
Speed Fastening® System
We achieve significant cost reduction in assembly work with the high-speed riveting method. It is also optimal for welding-free methods and surface-treated steel plates. Productivity can be improved by nearly four times compared to conventional screw fastening and single rivets. Additionally, the spline shape provides high pull-out strength and high rigidity under shear loads.
