Standard rivet
It is a component with a structure that has no head and a threaded section on the body, which is inserted into a perforated member and fastened by plastically deforming the end on the opposite side using a special tool.
**Features** ■ Push Rivet: A plastic rivet for attaching panels. ・Easy attachment and detachment: Pressing the pin (head) expands the legs for installation. To remove, push the pin further in to release the lock, allowing for easy removal once it is straightened. ・No special tools required: Can be attached and detached with just a single push by hand. ■ Aluminum Hand Rivet: A metal rivet that can be installed by pressing the pin (head) with your finger without using tools. ・Leads to reduced labor and increased work efficiency. ・Made of aluminum, it has excellent strength and corrosion resistance. ・Coloring is possible through anodizing treatment. ・Special tool: Can be used in narrow gaps, hard-to-apply force areas, or places where fastening with fingers is difficult. Also recommended for bulk fastening. ・The RH type aluminum hand rivet (simplified removal type) has a larger head on the rivet pin, making it easier to grip and remove. ■ Parker Nail: A rivet with a coarse spiral on the shaft that is fixed by drilling a specified pilot hole and hammering it in. It is also called a driven nail.
