Non-excavation rehabilitation of pipelines "Hikari Rehabilitation Method"

It is a safe, secure, and long-lasting pipeline rehabilitation method aimed at maintenance and management for the next 100 years.

The "Light Rehabilitation Method" is a rehabilitation technique that draws rehabilitation materials from a manhole and cures them with light. The rehabilitation materials used are acid-resistant glass fibers (roving cloth) and unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl ester resin. It is a site-curing type of formation method that can construct self-supporting pipes and dual-layer structure pipes without excavation, and due to its short construction time and flexibility to adapt to site conditions, demand is increasing. 【Features】 ■ Long-term storage of rehabilitation materials is possible ■ Short construction time ■ Same construction time in both summer and winter ■ Internal observation of the pipe before curing ■ Construction is possible even with infiltrating water *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

FRP Light-Cured Installation Pipe Lining Method for Rehabilitation of Damaged Installation Pipes

Using materials with durability equal to or greater than that of the main rehabilitation pipe (50-year standard) and high adaptability to bends in existing installation pipes, the damaged installation pipe is rehabilitated without excavation.

This construction method rehabilitates damaged installation pipes without excavation. It uses a cylindrical acid-resistant glass fiber fabric impregnated with light (ultraviolet) curable resin (vinyl ester) in the factory, covered with a light-blocking film after special air degassing, to create an FRP installation pipe liner (BBG). This FRP installation pipe liner (BBG) is mounted on a storage drum of a dedicated construction machine and is inverted or pushed into the existing pipe from the manhole. Compressed air is sent into the liner to expand it, and a light curing device (UV train) is inserted into the liner. After confirming the presence or absence of abnormalities inside the liner with a TV camera attached to the tip, the UV lamp is turned on, and the UV train is pulled at a specified speed from the main pipe side, curing the liner with light to form a strong FRP pipe.

Introducing maintenance technology for sewer pipelines online!

Finding and fixing the problems in the sewer pipes is, so to speak, like our job as doctors.

Toa Grout Industry is developing social infrastructure and maintenance projects centered around three pillars: "Pipeline Maintenance Business," "Ground Improvement and Structure Maintenance Business," and "Slope Disaster Prevention Business." We have been engaged in the maintenance and repair of sewer pipelines for a long time, making it one of our core businesses. Our job is akin to that of a doctor, as we find and fix the problems in sewer pipelines. We offer a wide range of solutions for the maintenance and management of sewer pipelines with our abundant variety of construction methods. ◆ "Doctor of the Pipeline" ◆ We are showcasing our diverse technologies at our online booth. Investigation and Diagnosis ▶ 'Camera Inspection System' for investigating sewer mainlines Pipeline Cleaning ▶ 'Ice Pigging Method' for long-distance cleaning of all pressurized pipelines at once Pipeline Rehabilitation ▶ 'Light Curing Method' for trenchless rehabilitation of main pipelines using light curing Seismic Reinforcement ▶ 'Magma Rock Method' for seismic reinforcement of sewer pipe outlets and mainline joints without excavation Sewer Heat Utilization ▶ 'Heat Liner Method' for an in-pipe sewer heat recovery system
