Used diaper fuel conversion device - Recycling used diapers!

A paper diaper fuel conversion device that can process soiled diapers along with the plastic bag. Currently conducting a demonstration project adopted by Tokyo to promote the recycling of used paper diapers.

The paper diaper fuel conversion devices "SFD-600" and "SFD-120" are designed to process used paper diapers into high-quality fuel resources. They allow for the input of soiled diapers directly in plastic bags, and automatically complete the processes of crushing, drying, and sterilization within the same chamber. Since no water is used and there is no wastewater, safe processing is possible. 【Features】 ■ Capable of processing to less than 1/3 of the original weight and under 10% moisture content ■ The generated fuel (fluff) has a calorific value of approximately 5,000 kcal per kg ■ Odor reduction through catalytic deodorization minimizes exhaust odors from waste ■ Actual operational conditions can be observed (two models with processing capacities of 600 kg/day and 120 kg/day) ■ A semi-dry continuous pellet production device can also be proposed ■ The "SFD-120" model can be offered in a vehicle-mounted version ■ Energy cost reduction is possible by utilizing waste heat from incineration facilities or biomass power plants ★ We are currently providing materials that introduce the background and overview of the "Guidelines for the Recycling of Used Paper Diapers" formulated by the Ministry of the Environment.
