The heavy labor tasks of traditional printing processes are no longer necessary! High-definition flexographic printing and the inking and cleaning systems are fully automated.

The new system, which combines "high-definition black pearl printing technology" and "fully automatic inking and cleaning system," solves the labor-intensive tasks of traditional printing processes. With a smooth surface and high hardness, the occurrence of fine pores is below 0.5%, enabling ultra-high-dimensional and ultra-high-definition flexo printing with the "ultra-high-definition black pearl printing technology." By combining this with the "inking and cleaning system" that allows for fully automatic inking and cleaning, the ink dispensing and cleaning processes are automated, leading to higher production efficiency and dramatically reducing the operator's workload. The system also includes a device called the "carbon doctor chamber," which scrapes off excess ink sent from the chamber body to the roll. Even after 10 years, it remains as good as new, and its ultra-lightweight design makes maintenance and cleaning tasks very easy. How fine of a print can pad printing achieve?

Pad printing is used for various prints such as logos, characters, and displays, but what is the limit of line thickness? Please take a look at the image below! At first glance, it looks like an ordinary Navitas logo, but... Upon closer inspection, it is composed of small Navitas letters. The thinnest part of this line is an astonishing 0.04mm! This is the limit for fine lines in pad printing. Additionally, the accuracy of the plate making is ±0.01mm, which is very precise. Beautiful and clear printing is also one of the strengths of pad printing.
